摘要
针对省内燃煤机组利用小时数逐年减低,甚至出现夏季长时间调停的现象,内陆闭式循环机组可通过打通两台机组循环水回水管路,将停运机组的冷却塔并入运行机组,实现"一机双塔"运行,降低运行机组背压,提高经济性。以某330 MW和660 MW闭式循环机组"一机双塔"改造为例,通过试验研究,结合冷却塔、凝汽器变工况计算模型,得出一机双塔改造效果。
In view of the phenomenon that utilization hours of coal-fired units decreased year by year,even long-time outage occurred in summer in Zhejiang Province,by connecting the return pipelines of the two closed cycle units,the cooling tower of the shutdown unit is merged into the operating unit to realize the 'one unit running with two cooling towers'operation,it could reduce the back pressure and improve the economics.Taking two cases of cooling tower reform of a 300MW unit and a 660MW unit for example,by actual testing and combining with the variable condition calculation of cooling tower and condenser,the transformation effect is obvious.
