摘要
在一种含Sn锆合金的熔制过程中出现大量的棕色絮状粉末,经XDR分析此类物质主要为锡的氧化物。通过分析此物质主要为海绵锆表面吸附的水分经电弧高温分解产生氧离子,氧离子与挥发产生的Sn发生氧化反应而生成。通过试验验证造成此问题的原因主要是多孔隙的海绵锆吸潮导致,可通过烘干处理而避免此问题的出现。
Amount of brown flocculent powder was generated during melting of zirconium alloy containing tin. The powder is tested to tin oxide analyzed by XDR, produced during the oxidizing reaction between oxygen ion, which is dissociated from the water absorbed on the surface of zirconium sponge by electric arc, and volatilized tin. The cause has been verified experimentally that is the moisture absorbed in porous zirconium sponge, which could be avoid by drying treatment.
