全氟烷基取代的芴基炔膦酸二乙酯化合物的一锅法合成

Synthesis of Perfluoroalkylated Fluorenes with Phosphonate Group via One-Pot Synthesis Process

摘要 报道了一种以茚酮、丙二腈、全氟烷基炔膦酸二乙酯为原料合成全氟烷基取代的芴基炔膦酸二乙酯类化合物的新方法.采用一锅合成法,可将不同基团取代的茚酮直接转化为一系列相应的全氟烷基取代的芴基炔膦酸二乙酯衍生物.整个反应过程无需金属催化,具备反应条件温和、区域选择性好、产率较高、操作简便等优点. A simple and versatile metal-free protocol for the synthesis of perfluoroalkyated fluorene derivatives bearing phosphonate group is achieved. The reactions proceeded via one-pot three-component condensation of indenones, fluorinated alkynylphosphonates and malononitrile under mild conditions. This protocol is highly regioselective, operationally facile and applicable to a variety of indenones in good to excellent yields.
