目的:开展国际人才交流项目是医院培养国际化人才的重要手段,全面掌握项目各个方面的数据有助于项目的实施与管理,发挥国际人才交流的最大效益。方法:引入4C营销理论,从客户、成本、便利、沟通4个模块采取信息数据,进行链接与反馈,构建管理体系。结果:构建国际人才交流项目的 4C理论管理体系,分析处理信息与数据,使之能够为院领导决策、科室发展提供信息与数据支持。结论:国际人才交流项目的 4C理论管理体系使项目执行系统化、条理化、清晰化,为医院的科学决策提供信息与数据支持,有助于提高国际人才交流的成效,促进医院对外交流合作乃至整体的发展。

Objective To carry out international talent exchange project is an important means to train international talents in the hospital. To master the data in all aspects of the project is helpful to the implementation and management of the project and full play to the maximum benefit of international talent exchange. Methods By introducing 4C marketing theory,we take information,data,links and feedback from 4 sections,including customer,cost,convenience and communication to build the system. Results The information and data collected by the 4C theory management system of international talent exchange project was analyzed and processed for support of decision of hospital leadership and the development of departments. Conclusion The 4C theory management system of international talent exchange project makes project execution systematized,organized and clear,and provides information and data support for hospital scientific decision-making,and helps to improve the effectiveness of international talent exchange and promote the exchange and cooperation of the hospital and even the whole development of the hospital.
