摘要
为了解决U形铝合金壳体零件在成形过程中开口处发生回弹和侧壁弯曲外圆角为零的问题,针对零件结构特征,采用反向拉深平衡内应力来控制回弹,采用侧挤的工艺与合理的模具结构,成形质量良好的零件,满足生产要求,同时对类似零件的成形提供一定的借鉴作用。
In order to improve the springback of U-shaped aluminum alloy shell in the forming process and adjust the sidewall bending fillet, the reverse drawing was used to balance the internal stress to control the springback according to the structural features of the part. By adopting the technology of side extrusion and reasonably designed of die structure, the parts with good forming quality could meet the production requirements. It provided reference for forming the similar parts.
