Design of two-color injection mould half for automobile air duct controller

通过介绍汽车风管控制器双色塑件的材料及塑件的结构特征,分析模具浇注系统及成型结构,并介绍了该模具设计细节、工作原理和注意事项,解决了注塑机无法生产复杂大型双色汽车塑件的问题,取代了传统注射成型工艺,为双色塑件的注射成型提供借鉴。

Through introducing the material of the two-color plastic of an automobile air duct controller and its structural characteristics, the gating system and the forming structure of the mould were analyzed, and the details of mould design, work principle and precautions were presented. It solved the problem that the injection molding machine couldn’t produce complex and largetwo-color automotive plastic, which provided a reference solution for injection molding of two-color products.
