摘要
为保证模具结构的可靠性,通过对轿车门锁内手柄的形体进行分析,采用液压缸活塞杆对4组斜槽抽芯、设计了2组四型孔斜导柱滑块水平抽芯机构;为保证零件的外观要求,对塑件的分模线、脱模方式、型腔排气均进行了特殊处理;对于大批量和镜面要求的型面,采用了新型模具钢加硬及表面涂覆的措施,实现了内手柄大批量优质生产。
Through the analysis on the shape of the inside door handle, a core-pulling mechanism driven by hydraulic cylinder for four groups of inclined grooves was designed, and a horizontal core-pulling mechanism with angle pin and slider for two groups of four-hole was designed. In order to ensure the appearance requirement, the parting line, demoulding way, exhaust way were special processed. For the requirement of large batch and mirror surface, a new type of hardened die steel and surface coating were used to realize the mass production of inside door handle.
