焦点解决模式对手术室护士职业倦怠和主观幸福感的影响 被引量:7

The impact of the focus solution mode on the job burnout and subjective well-being of nurses in operating room

摘要 目的探讨焦点解决模式对手术室护士职业倦怠感及主观幸福感的影响。方法以本院60名手术室护士作为调查对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30人。对照组实施常规心理辅导,观察组采用焦点解决模式干预。对比两组护士职业倦怠量表通用版(MBI-GS)、总体幸福感量表(GWB)和一般自我效能感量表(GSES)的得分情况。结果两组干预后情感衰竭、去人性化倾向评分明显低于同组干预前,个人成就感消失评分明显高于同组干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且观察组干预后的情感衰竭、去人性化倾向评分明显低于对照组,个人成就感消失评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后主观幸福感评分明显高于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后自我效能感评分明显高于干预前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用焦点解决模式对手术室护士进行干预,有效减轻职业倦怠感,提升自我效能感及主观幸福感。 Objective To explore the effects of focus resolution on job burnout and subjective well-being of nurses in operating room.Methods 60 nurses in operating room of a hospital were investigated,and the random number table method was used to divide them into two groups,30 for each group.The control group received regular psychological counseling and the observation group received focused intervention.The general version(MBI-GS),general happiness scale(GWB)and general self-efficacy scale(GSES)were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of affective failure and dehumanization tendency were significantly lower in both the two groups than those of the same group before intervention,and the scores of loss of personal accomplishment were significantly higher than those of the same group before intervention,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Moreover,the scores of the emotional exhaustion and the dehumanization tendency in the observation group after the intervention were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the scores of the loss of personal accomplishment were significantly higher than those of the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The subjective well-being score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-efficacy score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group after intervention,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions The focus solution mode is adopted to intervene the operating room nurses,which can effectively reduce the sense of job burnout and improve the sense of selfefficacy and subjective well-being.
