聚焦解决模式对护理人员自我效能及职业倦怠的干预作用 被引量:11

The effect of focused resolution model as an intervention on nurses'self-efficacy and job burnout

摘要 目的探讨聚焦解决模式干预对护理人员自我效能及职业倦怠的影响。方法选取本院140名护理人员作为调查对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组70人。对照组采用常规心理干预,观察组采用聚焦解决模式进行心理干预。对比两组护理人员心理健康状态、职业倦怠及自我效能感、离职意愿。结果与干预前比较,两组干预后各项症状自评量表(SCL-90)评分均明显降低,观察组干预后躯体化、人际关系、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性及总评分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后情感衰竭、去人性化倾向评分明显降低,个人成就感消失评分明显升高,观察组情感衰竭、去人性化倾向评分明显低于对照组,个人成就感消失评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后一般自我效能感量表(GSES)评分均明显升高,观察组干预后GSES评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组干预后离职意愿量表(TIQ)评分均明显降低,观察组干预后TIQ评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论聚焦解决模式有效改善了护理人员的心理状况,提高了自我效能感,降低了职业倦怠感和离职意愿。 Objective To explore the effects of focused resolution on nursing staff's self-efficacy and job burnout.Methods 140 nursing staff from a hospital were selected as study subjects.The random number table method was used to divide the subjects into control group and observation group,with 70 patients in each group.The control group received conventional psychological intervention and the observation group received focused solution.The mental health status,job burnout,self-efficacy and turnover intention were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with that before intervention,the scl-90 scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after intervention,and the scores of somatization,interpersonal relationship,compulsion,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoia,psychosis and general scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of affective failure and dehumanization tendency were significantly decreased and the scores of individual sense of accomplishment were significantly increased,and the scores of affective failure and dehumanization tendency were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group,and the scores of individual sense of accomplishment were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The GSES scores of the two groups were significantly increased after intervention,and the GSES scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).TIQ scores were significantly lower in both groups after intervention,and were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions The focused solution mode effectively improves the psychological condition of nursing staff,improves the sense of self-efficacy and reduces the sense of job burnout and turnover intention.
