手术室护士职业紧张与睡眠质量关系的调查

Investigation on the relationship between occupational stress and sleep quality of nurses in operating room

目的了解手术室护士职业紧张与睡眠质量的状况,分析手术室护士职业紧张与睡眠质量的相关性。方法对110名三级甲等医院手术室护士,采用一般资料、职业紧张量表及睡眠质量量表进行调查;采用方差分析、独立样本t检验和Pearson相关分析检验。结果不同年龄、工龄及婚姻状况的手术室护士职业紧张量表评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同年龄、职称、工龄、婚姻状况的手术室护士睡眠总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术室护士职业任务、紧张反应评分明显高于国内常模,应对方式评分明显低于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术室护士入睡时间、睡眠效率、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠失调、催眠药物、日间功能障碍及睡眠总分明显高于国内常模,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。手术室护士职业任务与睡眠效率呈负相关(P<0.05),与日间功能障碍、睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.05);手术室护士紧张反应与睡眠时间呈负相关(P<0.05),与睡眠失调、催眠药物、日间功能障碍、睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.01);手术室护士应对方式与入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠质量、睡眠失调、睡眠总分呈正相关(P<0.01),与催眠药物、日间功能障碍呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士存在职业紧张及睡眠质量问题,职业紧张与睡眠质量存在一定的相关性。

Objective To understand the status of occupational stress and sleep quality of nurses in operating room of hospital and analyze the relationship between occupational stress and sleep quality of the operating room nurses.Methods 110 nurses in the operating room of a tertiary hospitals were investigated using occupational stress scale and sleep quality scale.Variance analysis,independent sample t test and Pearson correlation test were used.Results There were statistically significant differences of score of occupational stress among age groups,working length and married status of the operating room nurses(P<0.05).The difference of the sleep quality score was statistically significant among the age groups,professional titles,working length and married status of the operating room nurses(P<0.05).The score of occupational task and nervous reaction of operating room nurses was significantly higher than that of domestic norms,and the score of coping style was significantly lower than that of domestic norms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total score of sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction of the operating room nurses was significantly higher than that of domestic norms,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The occupational task of the operating room nurses was negatively correlated with sleep efficiency(P<0.05),and positively correlated with daytime dysfunction and total sleep score(P<0.05).The nervous reaction of the operating room nurses was negatively correlated with sleep time(P<0.05),and positively correlated with sleep disorders,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction,and total sleep score(P<0.01).The coping style of the operating room nurses was positively correlated with the time of falling asleep,sleep time,sleep quality,sleep disorder and total score of sleep(P<0.01),and positively correlated with hypnotic drugs and daytime dysfunction(P<0.05).Conclusions Operating room nurses have problems of occupational stress and sleep quality,and there is a certain correlation between occupational stress and sleep quality.
