摘要
以教育者的视角,结合青少年科普期刊办刊实践,从编辑成长自觉性与编辑核心竞争力、编辑理想的关系分析,认为应该通过唤醒编辑自知、自治、仁爱、能动、开拓、创新、服务、奉献的成长自觉性,激活和提升编辑核心竞争力,增强编读互动,打造精品期刊,推进有"精气神"的科普行动,有"活力"的阅读生活,提升青少年科普期刊生命力和影响力。
In light of education theories and personal experience of running youth science journals,the author analyzes the interaction between editors' consciousness of self-development,core competence,and their goals,and puts forward that it is imperative to arouse and develop editors ' self-consciousness, autonomy, benevolence,initiative,enterprise,creativity, innovation and sacrifice. Only when the editors' core competitiveness is formed can the road be paved to an excellent periodical and a mutually beneficial interaction between editors and readers.
