对科技期刊青年编辑需要提升的工作能力进行总结;介绍在"互联网+"时代利用网络课程学习、各类型网站、微博、手机App等新技术快速学习成长的方法;对比分析新学习方法和传统方法的优缺点。

Based on summarizing the work abilities of young editors of sci-tech journals,we introduce some new methods,such as online courses,all types of websites,microblog,mobile App,to study and grow rapidly. We also compare new methods to traditional methods,and analyze their merit and demerit.
