The growth and cultivation of young editor is always a hot topic. Based on the background that China has entered a new era,the qualities required for young editors of scientific journals were discussed. We think that young editors should be confident,harbor ingenuity,and never forget why you started. Moreover,young editors should also develop the conscience of rule of law and market.
