针刺对神经源性肌萎缩血浆髓过氧化物酶和乳酸脱氢酶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:通过动物实验观察针刺对神经源性肌萎缩血浆髓过氧化物酶和乳酸脱氢酶表达的影响,探讨其作用机制。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分为4组,分别为模型对照组、正常对照组、针刺治疗组Ⅰ、针刺治疗组Ⅱ。除正常对照组外,双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经,复制神经源性肌萎缩动物模型,针刺组Ⅰ:针刺环跳(G30)、阳陵泉(G34)、后三里(S36)、照海(K6)、三阴交(SP6)、跟端/昆仑(B60)、申脉(B62)、太冲(Liv3)、涌泉(K1),每次20 min,1次/d;针刺组Ⅱ:针刺环跳(G30)、阳陵泉(G34)、照海(K6)、三阴交(SP6)、跟端/昆仑(B60)、申脉(B62)、太冲(Liv3)、涌泉(K1),每次20 min,1次/d。连续治疗28 d后,观察腓肠肌湿重(脏器指数)及病理改变,检测血浆髓过氧化物酶和乳酸脱氢酶表达情况。结果:双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经可复制神经源性肌萎缩动物模型,针刺环跳、阳陵泉、后三里等穴位可减轻萎缩肌组织的病理改变,增加萎缩肌组织的湿重和脏器指数,抑制神经源性肌萎缩动物血浆髓过氧化物酶和乳酸脱氢酶的升高。结论:针刺可治疗双重结扎大鼠坐骨神经引起的神经源性肌萎缩,其作用机制与抑制髓过氧化物酶和乳酸脱氢酶的升高密切相关。 Objective: To observe the effects of acupuncture on the expressions of plasma myeloperoxidase and lactate dehydrogenase in neurogenic muscle atrophy by animal experiments and probe into the mechanism.Methods: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: model control group, normal control group, acupuncture treatment group Ⅰ and acupuncture treatment group Ⅱ.Except for the normal control group,animal model of neurogenic muscular atrophy was induced by double ligation of sciatic nerve in rats.Acupuncture group Ⅰ: acupuncturing at Huantiao(G30),Yanglingquan(G34),Housanli(S36),Zhaohai(K6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Genduan/Kunlun(B60),Shenmai(B62),Taichong(LR3,Yongquan(K1),20 minutes, once a day.Acupuncture group Ⅱ: acupuncturing at Huantiao(G30),Yanglingquan(G34),Zhaohai(K6),Sanyinjiao(SP6),Genduan/Kunlun(B60),Shenmai(B62),Taichong(Liv3),Yongquan(K1),20 minutes, once a day.After 28 days of continuous treatment, we observed wet weight of gastrocnemius muscle(organ index)and pathological changes and detected plasma myeloperoxidase and lactate dehydrogenase expression.Results: The animal model of neurogenic muscular atrophy can be made by double ligation of sciatic nerve in rats.Acupuncture at Huantiao(G30),Yanglingquan(G34),Housanli(S36)and ect., can alleviate pathological changes of atrophy muscle, increase wet weight and organ index of atrophy muscle tissue, inhibit the increase of plasma myeloperoxidase and lactate dehydrogenase in neurogenic muscular atrophy animals.Conclusion: Acupuncture can treat neurogenic muscle atrophy induced by double ligation of sciatic nerve in rats and its mechanism is closely related to the inhibition of the increase of myeloperoxidase and lactate dehydrogenase.
