基于文献计量学探讨合穴敏化特征与临床诊疗的相关性

Exploration of Correlation Between Characteristics of Sensitized He-Sea Points and Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment

目的:探讨合穴敏化特征及其与临床诊疗的相关性。方法:通过文献计量学分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(SinoMED)、维普数据库(VIP)中检索及筛选出的文献,采用文献计量学分析合穴敏化所涉及的疾病、敏化类型、敏化现象、检测指标、治疗措施。结果:纳入的89篇文献中,足三里的文献量最多,涉及疾病以脾系病为主;在疾病方面,胃痛的敏化现象为足三里的红外辐射值改变,胃炎的敏化现象为足三里的电学指标及痛阈的改变;治疗措施方面,热敏以艾灸为主。结论:合穴敏化具有其自身特征;同一合穴的不同敏化现象可反映不同的疾病;合穴的敏化类型不同,其治疗措施也应不同。

Objective:To explore the correlation between characteristics of sensitized He-sea points and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:Modern literature on sensitized He-sea points were retrieved from CNKI, SinoMED and VIP.Based on included papers, the involved diseases, sensitive types, sensitive phenomena, detection indexes and treatments were analyzed by bibliometrics.Results:Among a total of 89 included papers, the papers on Zusanli(ST36)occupied the maximum amount, which mainly related to diseases of spleen system.In part of diseases, the sensitive phenomena of stomachache is mostly relevant to radiation changes of ST36.The sensitive phenomena of gastritis is mostly relevant to electrical indexes or pain threshold changes of ST36.In part of treatment, heat-sensitive He-sea points are mostly stimulated by moxibustion.Conclusion: Sensitized He-sea points have theirs own characteristics.Different sensitive phenomena of one He-sea point can reflect different diseases.He-sea points with different sensitizations should adopt different treatments.
