摘要
新入职教师岗前培训是高校师资队伍建设的重要一环,对新入职教师实现角色转换、提升教育教学质量和教师专业化成长具有重要的现实意义。随着高等教育理念的发展和教育环境的改变,高校教师岗前培训工作的问题不断凸显,这些问题直接影响到教师入职后的教育教学工作质量。笔者分析了目前西藏高校新入职教师岗前培训工作中存在的问题,并针对存在的问题提出了针对性的优化策略,以完善西藏高校新入职教师岗前培训工作。
Orientation for newly-employed teachers plays an important role in higher education teachers'development.It is of great importance to improve teaching quality,transfer their roles in the new environment and better their professional growth.With the development of higher education concepts and betterment of the education surroundings,there are growing problems in the field of orientation for new teachers recruited by universities,which have a direct influence on their teaching quality after they really teach in the near future.The paper first analyzes the orientation problems arising in the Tibetan universities and colleges and then puts forward some strategies so as to better orientation jobs in Tibet.
