产学研结合实践育人机制的研究

产学研结合实践育人作为人才培养的有效途径之一,对人才培养、科学研究、经济发展具有巨大的推动作用,也是国家实施创新驱动战略的具体体现,为实现我国人才强国和科技强国目标提供了坚实的保障。在积极努力和配合下,我国产学研育人取得了一定成果,但同时也存在政策不到位、基地建设重复性高、利益分配不公、产学研基地功能定位不明晰、产学研合作体制机制滞后、产学研合作主体信息沟通不畅、法律保障机制的缺失、人才培养保障机制不健全、动力机制缺失、融资渠道窄等问题,严重影响了产学研结合实践育人基地的建设与运行,阻碍了产学研向更深、更广发展。本文讨论了产学研结合实践育人的重要性,分析了产学研育人过程中存在的问题,提出了实现产学研高效育人的几点建议。

It is also a concrete manifestation of the country's implementation of innovation-driven strategy.It has provided a solid guarantee for realizing the goal of talents and technology in China.With active efforts and cooperation, I have achieved certain results in domestically-developed academics, but at the same time, there are also some problems, such as inadequate policies, high repeatability of base construction, unfair distribution of interests, The function orientation of the production, research and research base is not clear, the mechanism of cooperation between industry, academia and research is lagging behind, the information communication between the industry, academia and research cooperation is not smooth, the legal guarantee mechanism is lacking, the talent training guarantee mechanism is not perfect, the motivation mechanism is lacking, and the financing channels are narrow.It has seriously affected the construction and operation of the combination of production, education and research, and has hindered the development of industry, academia and research.This paper discusses the importance of the combination of production, study and research in practice, analyzes the problems in the process of industry, education and research, and puts forward some suggestions for the efficient education of production, education and research.
