摘要
目的:观察循经远取结合电针围刺治疗枕神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将60例枕神经痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组采用循经远取结合电针围刺治疗,对照组采用单纯电针围刺治疗。观察两组疗效及治疗前后VAS评分和HAMA量表评分。结果:治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组为76.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后VAS评分和HAMA量表评分与同组治疗前比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组VAS评分和HAMA量表评分同对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:循经远取结合电针围刺治疗枕神经痛疗效确切,可明显减轻疼痛症状和改善患者焦虑情绪。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus surrounding electroacupuncture in treating occipital neuralgia. Methods:60 patients with occipital neuralgia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group each with 30 cases,the treatment group received acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus surrounding electroacupuncture and the control group,surrounding electroacupuncture alone. The visual analogue scale(VAS)and the Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)were recorded in the two groups before and after the treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Results:The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and 76.6% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The VAS score and HAMA scale scores after treatment were significantly different from those before the treatment in the same group(P<0.05). After treatment,the VAS score and HAMA scale scores in the treatment group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:The treatment of occipital neuralgia with the use of acupuncture at distal acupoints along the meridian plus surrounding electroacupuncture has a definite curative effect,which can significantly reduce pain symptoms and improve patients' anxiety.
