银杏叶提取物注射液联合降脂治疗对围绝经期女性突发性耳聋临床疗效观察

Study on the Clinical Efficacy of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection Combined with Lipid Lowering Treatment for Perimenopausal Women with Sudden Deafness

目的:分析银杏叶提取物注射液联合降脂治疗围绝经期女性突发性耳聋的临床效果,探讨个体化的治疗策略。方法:将2016年6月-2017年10月收治的74例(74耳)围绝经期突发性耳聋女性随机分为对照组与治疗组,每组37例。入院后,均接受常规治疗。对照组予银杏叶提取物注射液87.5mg静脉滴注,1次/d;治疗组加用阿托伐他汀钙10mg/次,口服,1次/d,均连续治疗10d。检测甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞变形指数、红细胞聚集指数、听力阈值,比较临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较,治疗后两组TG、TC、LDL-C水平降低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平升高(P<0.01),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数降低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数升高(P<0.05),500、1000、2000、4000Hz频率下听力阈值降低(P<0.01);与对照组比较,治疗组TG、TC、LDL-C水平较低(P<0.01),HDL-C水平较高(P<0.01),全血黏度、血浆黏度、红细胞聚集指数较低(P<0.05),红细胞变形指数较高(P<0.05),500、1000、2000、4000Hz频率下听力阈值较低(P<0.01),治疗有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物注射液联合降脂治疗围绝经期女性突发性耳聋效果满意,可能与调节血脂、血液流变学有关,这种个体化的治疗方式值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with lipid lowering treatment for perimenopausal women with sudden deafness,and explore the individualized treatment strategy. Methods:74 cases of perimenopausal sudden deafness from June 2016 to October 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,37 cases each. After admission,patients were treated with routine treatment,and the control group received Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection 87.5 mg intravenously,qd,and the treatment group received more with atorvastatin calcium 10 mg,qd,and 2 groups were treated for 10 d. The triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C),whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte deformability index,erythrocyte aggregation index and hearing threshold were detected,and the clinical efficacy was compared. Results:Compared with before treatment,levels of TG,TC and LDL-C in 2 groups after treatment decreased(P<0.01),levels of HDL-C increased(P<0.01),whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index decreased(P<0.05),erythrocyte deformation index increased(P<0.05),the frequency of 500,1000,2000,4000 Hz hearing threshold decreased(P<0.01),compared with the control group,levels of TG,TC,LDL-C in the treatment group were lower(P<0.01),levels of HDL-C were higher(P<0.01),levels of whole blood viscosity,plasma viscosity,erythrocyte aggregation index were lower(P<0.05),the frequency of 500,1000,2000,4000 Hz hearing threshold were lower(P<0.01),the effective rate of treatment was higher(P<0.05). Conclusion:Extract of Ginkgo Biloba Leaves Injection combined with lipid-lowering in the treatment of sudden deafness in perimenopausal women was effective,which may be related to blood lipid regulation and hemorheology,and it is worthy of clinical application.
