桔梗化学成分及现代药理研究进展

Research Progress in the Chemical Constituents and Modern Pharmacology of Platycodon

桔梗为桔梗科草本植物桔梗的干燥根,是临床常用的化痰止咳平喘药,具有宣肺祛痰、利咽排脓之功效。在桔梗中发现的化学成分有皂苷类、黄酮类、多聚糖、脂肪油、脂肪酸、无机元素等成分。现代临床研究表明桔梗有止咳平喘、抗炎抑菌、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化、保肝、抗肺损伤、免疫调节、抗肥胖等作用。现将近年来国内就桔梗的化学成分和药理作用研究进展概述如下,以期为桔梗的深入研究提供一定的科学依据。

Platycodon is a commonly used phlegm and cough medicine. It has the effect of promoting phlegm and removing phlegm. The chemical constituents found in the platycodon are saponins,flavonoids,polysaccharides,fatty oils,fatty acids,inorganic elements and so on. Modern clinical studies have shown that platycodon has antitussive,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,blood lipid,blood glucose,anti-oxidation,liver protection,anti-lung injury,immune regulation,anti-obesity and other functions. In recent years,the research progress of the chemical composition and pharmacological action of platycodon has been summarized as follows,in order to provide some scientific basis for the in-depth study of platycodon.
