针刀治疗肩周炎机制研究进展

Research Progress of Acupotomy on the Mechanism of Scapulohumeral Periarthritis

通过对近年来针刀治疗肩周炎的文献报道进行整理归纳,概述采用针刀治疗肩周炎机制的临床疗效,为临床疗效及实验研究提供参考。针刀治疗肩周炎可通过有效地减少炎性因子渗出、减少神经递质释放,从而缓解疼痛、改善循环,加速新陈代谢、松解粘连,恢复力学平衡。其原理是通过针刀将张力病理性升高的组织予以剥离或切开,降低组织液静水压疏通微动脉,提高供氧,缓解组织缺血,阻断致痛介质给神经和血管带来的恶性刺激,具有消炎并促进组织恢复的作用。临床上运用针刀治疗肩周炎疗效良好、成本低、操作方便、见效快、安全性高、适用范围较广。

This paper summarizes the clinical efficacy of acupotomy in the treatment of periarthritis of shoulder in recent years,and provides a reference for clinical efficacy and experimental research. Acupotomy can effectively reduce the exudation of inflammatory factors,reduce the release of neurotransmitters,relieve pain,improve circulation,accelerate metabolism,release adhesion and restore mechanical balance. The principle is to cut off or cut open the tissue with high tension,reduce the hydrostatic pressure of tissue to dredge the arterioles,increase oxygen supply,relieve tissue ischemia,and block the malignant stimulation of nerve and blood vessels caused by pain-causing mediators. It has the function of anti-inflammation and promoting tissue recovery. The treatment of shoulder periarthritis with needle knife has good curative effect,low cost,convenient operation,quick effect,high safety and wide range of application.
