手法整复联合活血止痛汤治疗老年肱骨骨折疗效研究

Clinical Study of Manipulative Reduction Combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in the Treatment of Humeral Fractures in the Elderly

目的:深入探究在临床治疗老年肱骨骨折患者中施以手法整复+活血止痛汤联合治疗的施行疗效。方法:随机筛选于2016年1月-2018年1月入院接受诊治的86例老年肱骨骨折患者,平均分配为探析组与对照组,各为43例。对照组(n=43)施以手术复位内固定进行治疗;探析组(n=43)施以手法整复+活血止痛汤进行联合治疗。将两组的施行疗效、生活评分情况、骨折愈合时长进行分析与比较。结果:探析组的施行疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);相比于对照组,探析组的生活评分得到明显提升(P<0.05);两组骨折愈合时长比较差异较小,不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在临床治疗老年肱骨骨折患者中施以手法整复+活血止痛汤联合治疗,疗效更为可观。相比于手术复位内固定进行治疗,手法整复+活血止痛汤进行联合治疗的骨折愈合时长短,可在最大限度上提高患者的日常生活质量。在临床中,医疗价值高。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of manipulative reduction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with humeral fractures. Methods:86 cases of senile humeral fractures were randomly selected and treated in January 2016-January 2018. The average of the patients was divided into the analysis group and the control group,each of which was 43 cases. The control group(n=43) was treated by surgical reduction and internal fixation,and the analysis group(n=43)was treated by manipulative reduction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction. The efficacy,life score and duration of fracture healing were analyzed and compared between the 2 groups. Results:The efficacy of the analysis group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Compared with the control group,the life score of the analysis group was significantly improved(P<0.05);the 2 groups were less different in length of fracture healing,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusion:In clinical treatment of elderly patients with humeral fractures,the use of manipulative reduction combined with Huoxue Zhitong Decoction combined treatment,the effect is even more impressive. Compared with the treatment of surgical reduction and internal fixation,manual treatment and Huoxue Zhitong Decoction can improve the quality of daily life of the patient to the maximum. In clinical,medical value is high.
