右美托咪定用于老年下肢骨科手术麻醉中的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect of Dexmedetomidine in Anesthesia for Elderly Patients Undergoing Lower Limb Department of Orthopedics Surgery

目的:分析右美托咪定用于老年下肢骨科手术麻醉中的临床效果.方法:选取本院收治的74例下肢骨科手术的老年患者进行研究,随机分为对照组及观察组(各37例).对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用右美托咪定麻醉.观察2组患者的临床麻醉效果.结果:2组麻醉后的临床指标显著优于麻醉前;2组麻醉后的Ramsay评分显著优于麻醉前,且观察组的Ramsay评分明显比对照组的更高(P<0.05).结论:在老年下肢骨科手术过程使用丙泊酚和右美托咪定均可获得较好的麻醉效果,值得广泛推广.

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia for elderly patients undergoing lower limb department of orthopedics surgery.Methods:74 elderly patients in lower limb department of orthopedics were selected and randomly divided into control group and study group (37 cases in each group).The control group was anesthetized with propofol and the study group was given dexmedetomidine anesthesia.The clinical anesthetic effect of 2 groups of patients was observed.Results :The clinical indexes of the study group and the control group were significantly better than those before anesthesia,and the Ramsay score of the 2 groups was significandy better than that before anesthesia (and the Ramsay score of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:Propofol and dexmedetomidine can achieve better anesthesia effect in the operation of lower limb Department of orthopedics in the elderly.
