盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊联合美洛昔康治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效及安全性分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨盐酸氨基葡萄糖胶囊(GSH)联合美洛昔康(Mel)治疗膝关节炎(KA)的临床疗效及安全性.方法:对天津市河西区康复医院骨科近3年收治的KA患者98例进行回顾性总结,98例KA患者中采用单纯Mel治疗者47例(对照组),采用GSH+Mel治疗者51例(观察组).对照组口服Mel 7.5mg,每天2次;观察组同时口服GSH 750mg,每天2次,2组均接受为期60天治疗.结果:服药60天后2组总临床有效率并无显著性差异(P>0.05),而显效率方面观察组则明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组治疗后JOA评分分别为(84.12±12.65)分与(70.36±11.23)分,较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组提高的差值显著高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组服药前发生恶性呕吐2例,转氨酶升高1例,对照组发生恶性呕吐3例,2组患者不良反应发生率分别为5.89%和6.38%,差别无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:GSH联合Mel治疗KA能够提高临床疗效,缓解患者临床症状,且无明显不良反应. Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy and safety of glucosamine hydrochloride combined with meloxicam in the treatment of gonarthritis.Methods :98 cases with gonarthritis were recruited in this study from Feb 2015 to Jan 2017.The recruited 98 patients were randomly divided into control group (n =47)and experiment group (n =51 ).Patients in the experiment group received meloxicam 7. 5mg,bid and patients in the experiment group received gonarthritis 750mg,bid combined with meloxicam 7.5rag,bid with 2 months.Results:No statistical difference of efficacy was observed (P >0.05 ).However,the excellent rate was statistical higher in patients received GSH +Mel compare with Mel only(P <0.05).JOA score was elevated in both groups with experiment more significant after administration (P <0.05).There were 2 cases of malignant vomiting,1 cases of elevated aminotransferase and 3 cases of malignant vomiting in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 5.89%and 6.38%,respectively,there was no significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion:Patients with KA received GSH +Mel could benefit more compared to Mel only in the symptom and efficacy.
