球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术用于治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折效果分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:分析球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术用于治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折效果.方法:收集2015年2月-2016年1月90例老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折患者并随机分组,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各45例.对照组采用传统开放手术治疗,观察组采用球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术治疗.比较2组患者骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折治疗效果;手术平均时间、术中出血情况;干预前后患者椎体高度水平、疼痛程度、COBB氏角、ODI指数的差异.结果:观察组患者骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折治疗效果高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组手术平均时间、术中出血情况优于对照组,P<0.05;干预前2组椎体高度水平、疼痛程度、COBB氏角、ODI指数相近,P>0.05;干预后观察组椎体高度水平、疼痛程度、COBB氏角、ODI指数优于对照组,P<0.05.结论:球囊扩张椎体后凸成形术用于治疗老年骨质疏松脊柱压缩骨折效果确切,可有效缩短手术时间,减少手术中出血量,促进椎体高度和COBB氏角的恢复,减轻患者机体疼痛水平,改善腰椎功能,值得推广应用.
