产业集聚优势是否影响以及如何影响制造业价值链攀升呢?先从地区专业化和行业集中度两个方面进行理论分析,接下来利用WIOD最新数据库提供的基础数据开展计量检验。研究结果表明:总体层面上,行业集中度对制造业价值链攀升具有抑制作用,地区专业化则表现出显著正向促进作用;分样本层面上,行业集中度对不同要素密集度特征制造业行业影响存在不同,甚至出现方向相反的影响效应,而地区专业化的影响则均表现为正向促进作用,且对技术密集型制造业、资本密集型制造业、劳动密集型制造业呈现出由强到弱的作用效果;面板门槛回归结果显示,市场集中度形式和地区专业化形式的产业集聚优势影响制造业攀升全球价值链均呈现非线性,即处于不同的发展阶段其影响的作用力大小有别。

Whether or not industrial agglomeration advantages affect the value chain of manufacturing industry is still lacking. From the tw o aspects of regional specialization and industry concentration,this paper analyzes the impact of industrial agglomeration advantage on the rising value chain of manufacturing industry. Basic data provided by WIOD and other databases are then used to conduct quantitative tests. The results show that,from the overall level,the industry concentration has an inhibitory effect on the rise of the value chain of the manufacturing industry,and the specialization of the region show s a significant positive effect. The impact of regional specialization is positive,and it has the greatest role in the technology intensive manufacturing industry,follow ed by capital intensive manufacturing and labor intensive manufacturing.The panel threshold regression results show that the effect of the industrial agglomeration advantage expressed by market concentration or regional specialization on the rising global value chains of manufacturing industry is in a non-linear w ay,that is,their influence forces are different w hen they are at different stages of development.
