环保绿色电价政策研究

Research on Green Power price Policy

通过分析我国环保绿色电力发展情况、电价政策及其定价模式,指出我国环保绿色电力在其发展过程中所存在的问题,再针对这些问题提出相关建议,包括借鉴国外绿色电力发展经验,针对我国实际国情,采用合适的定价模式;加大对环保绿色电价补贴力度并丰富其补贴种类;建立环保电价政策评价机制;构建完善的电价政策框架;加强电价管理各职能部门之间的合作;确保电价政策切实可行,提升电价政策管理效率,为发展环保绿色电力及改善民生水平奠定基础。

By analyzing the green power developing situation, power price policy and pricing mode of China,this paper claims the problem of the development of green power, and puts forward relevant suggestions, including foreign green power development situation, adopting suitable pricing mode aiming at national conditions of China;enlarging green power price subsidy and enriching the subsidy variety;building green power price policy evaluation mechanism;establishing improved power price policy framework;strengthening the cooperation among the power price management divisions;guaranteeing the consolidated power price policy, improving power price policy management efficiency to develop green power and improve social living standard.
