摘要
从产教融合培养现状出发,结合听障美术类大学生特点,构建了"一个核心、双重联动、三个维度、四种融合"的人才培养模式,即以培养学生实践能力为核心目标,通过学校与企业双重联动育人,从听障学生身心特点出发,从打好专业基础、促进专业学习、融合综合素养三个维度开展学校教育,通过学校与企业在理念、技术、资源和利益四个方面的融合提升听障美术类大学生全面发展能力。
With the continuous development of higher education for the disabled,the number of hearing-impaired students in fine arts has expanded,and it is particularly important to cultivate the applied hearing-impaired art students in the perspective of deep integration of production and teaching. The core,dual linkage,three dimensions and four integrated talent training modes are: to develop students ’ practical ability as the core objective,to educate people through the dual linkage between schools and enterprises,to lay a solid professional foundation,to improve professional learning,and to integrate comprehensive quality from the physical and mental characteristics of hearing-impaired students. The comprehensive development ability of hearing-impaired college students can be improved through the integration of school and enterprise in four aspects: concept,technology,resources and interests.
