摘要
采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和流调中心抑郁量表(CESD)对54名听障儿童家长进行测量,探讨家庭功能与家长情绪状态的关系。结果表明:听障儿童家长的焦虑水平和抑郁水平高于国内常模,且无性别差异;家庭功能中的沟通、情感介入两项与家长的焦虑和抑郁水平均有显著相关;完全缺乏口语表达能力的听障儿童,其家长的抑郁水平显著高于有口语表达能力的听障儿童家长。
This paper uses the Family Assessment Device (FAD),Self rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale (CESD) to test 54 parents of hearing-impaired children,and explores the relationship between family function and emotional state of parents. The results show that the parents of hearing-impaired children have higher anxiety and depression level than the national norm,and there is no gender difference;the scores of communication and emotional involvement of FAD are significantly related to parents ’ anxiety and depression level;the parents whose child can not speak at all have significantly higher depression level than the parents whose child can speak.
