Reflection on Inclusive Education——Based on the Core Values

围绕"平等"和"多元"等核心价值观念,对我国现阶段融合教育现状进行反思:融合教育在强调平等受教育权的同时,应当考虑教育的适当性,并给予个体选择各种安置形式的权利;残疾具有社会性和生物性的双重属性,不能与文化差异等同,融合教育尊重多元的思想并非意味着要消除分类与标签;融合教育的核心是有效的教学与服务。

Centering on the core values such as equality and diversity,the article makes a critical reflection on inclusive education: while emphasizing equal right in education,inclusive education should pay attention to the appropriateness of education and give individuals the right to choose various forms of settlement. Disability has dual attributes of sociality and biology,and it can not be equated with cultural differences. The idea of respecting for diversity in inclusive education does not mean to eliminate categories and labels. Effective instruction and service is the core of inclusive education.
