摘要
基于ANSYS有限元数值分析手段,研究了两柱掩护式与四柱支撑掩护式综放支架的承载特征及适应性,得出了在考虑顶板附加力作用下,两柱式和四柱式综放支架的合理承载区间。研究结果表明,在考虑顶板对支架的附加力后,支架的合理承载区间相比静力平衡条件下有所增大,且四柱式综放支架的合理承载区间范围大于两柱式综放支架。并结合煤层硬度与顶梁外载合力作用点位置的对应关系,对比分析了两柱式和四柱式综放支架在软、中硬及坚硬煤层的承载能力和适应性。
Based on ANSYS finite element numerical analysis method,the bearing characteristics and adaptability of two-column and four-column fully mechanized caving supports were studied.The reasonable bearing.range of the two-column and four-column fully mechanized caving supports under the action of the additional force of the roof is obtained.Research indicates that the reasonable bearing range of the supports considering the additional force of roof was increased compared to the static equilibrium condition,and the reasonable bearing range of the four-column fully mechanized caving support is larger than that of the two-column one.According to the corresponding relationship between the hardness of the coal seam and the position of the external force of the top beam of support,the bearing capacity and adaptability of the two-column and four-colunm fully mechanized caving supports in soft,medium-hard and hard coal seams were compared and analyzed.
