摘要
以门式起重机主梁为研究对象,研究小车轨道对起重机的静、动态特性的影响。利用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对有、无小车轨道2种情况的主梁进行静态受力分析、模态分析以及谐响应分析。通过对结果进行比较分析,发现轨道可以改善主梁静刚度,并且得到更加准确的共振频谱,为后期的设计、生产提供一定的理论基础。
Taking the main girder of gantry crane as the research object to study the influence of trolley track on static and dynamic characteristics of crane.Using the ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software to carry on the static force analysis,modal analysis and harmonic response analysis of two main girders with or without trolley tracks.Through the comparison and analysis of the results,it is found that the track can improve the static stiffness of the main girder and get a more accurate resonance speetrum,which provides a theoretical basis for the later design and production.
