摘要
通过有限元法分析了包含单个不同深度裂纹缺陷的钢丝绳,在不同服役条件(载荷状态)下的应力与应变状态,同时拟合求解得到了含不同深度裂纹缺陷钢丝绳的剩余强度,结果表明含裂纹缺陷钢丝绳剩余强度随缺陷深度的增加而线性降低。
The stress and strain state of a wire rope with a single crack of different depths under different service conditions (load state)were analyzed by finite element method.At the same time,the residual strength of wire rope with crack of different depthis obtained through fitting sdution.The results show that the residual strength of wire rope with crack decreases linearly with the increase of depth of defect.
