摘要
在设计电动滚筒基本参数的基础上,建立了电动滚筒的三维模型。通过对电动滚筒的失效形式进行分析,提出了3种提高滚筒体刚度的方法:行星轮系对称布置增加支撑的方法;周向加强肋方法和轴向加强肋方法。采用有限元方法对电动滚筒进行了模态分析,从而根据电动滚筒的振动失效形式对其进行结构优化。
Based on the basic parameters of the electric drum,a 3D model of the electric drum was established.Through analyzing the failure form of the electric drum,three methods to improve the stiffness of the drum body were proposed.Respectively,the method of symmetrical arrangement of planetary system,the method of circumferential reinforcement and the method of axial reinforcement method.Finite element analysis was used to compare the stress deformation of different methods.The modal analysis of electric drum was carried out by finite element method,and the structure of the electric drum is optimized according to its vibration failure.
