摘要
用气相色谱法建立了毒死蜱在甘蓝及土壤中的残留检测方法,前处理采用乙腈振荡提取,并利用GC-FPD进行检测。毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的最低检测浓度为0.01 mg/kg,最小检出量为1.0×10^(-11) g。在甘蓝和土壤中的添加水平为0.01~0.1 mg/kg的条件下,毒死蜱的平均回收率在85.37%~118.85%之间,相对标准偏差在2.88%~10.81%之间,试验结果表明,毒死蜱在甘蓝和土壤中的半衰期分为2.52 d和2.45 d,属易降解农药。
A method had been developed to determine chlorpyrifos residues in cabbage and soil.Chlorpyrifos was extracted with acetonitrile and oscillated in mixing cylinder,detected by gas chromatography-FPD detector,and quantified by matrix-match standard solution.The limit of detection of chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil were 0.01mg/kg.The minimum detectable amount was 1.0×10^-11g.When the concentration of chlorpyrifos was quantitative from 0.01 to 0.1mg/kg,the average recoveries varied from 85.37% to 118.85% with the coefficient of variations of 2.88% to 10.81%,respectively.The study indicated that the half-life of chlorpyrifos in cabbage and soil was 2.52 days and 2.45 days.Chlorpyrifos belongs to the easily degradable pesticide.
