两种土壤阳离子交换量测定前处理方法的比较

A Comparison of Two Pretreatment Operational Methods for Mensuration of CEC

土壤阳离子交换量是影响土壤缓冲能力高低,评价土壤保肥能力、改良土壤和合理施肥的重要依据,也是高产稳产农田肥力的重要指标。本文通过分别用离心和淋洗两种方法对土壤样品进行前处理,测定阳离子交换量后对比测量结果,表明两种前处理方法均可用于土壤阳离子交换量的测定,但应用场合有所不同。

Soil cation exchange capacity(CEC) is an important indicator of soil buffer capacity, soil fertility conservation capacity, soil improvement and rational fertilization, as well as an important indicator for high and stable yield farmland fertility. By comparing the results of the two pretreatment methods for centrifuge operation and elution operation for mensuration of CEC, it is shown that both methods can be used for the determination of CEC, but the application scenarios are different.
