花青苷应用于眼科常见疾病研究进展 被引量:1

Application of Anthocyanin to Common Ophthalmological Diseases

摘要 花青苷是从一些植物中提取分离获得的黄酮类化合物。花青苷有多种生物活性,已有研究发现其对人眼及视觉系统感光有一定影响,并在眼科常见的视网膜疾病、青光眼等有一定的临床应用前景。本文综述近年来花青苷在视网膜疾病、青光眼等方面的一些基础和临床实验研究结果,旨在为花青苷辅助治疗常见眼科疾病研究方面提供借鉴和参考。 Anthocyanin can be isolated and extracted from plants through certain pathways and they are flavonoid compounds. The ingestion of them by human can exhibit some health-promoting results. Early study explored the pioneering correlation with light and visual organ systems. This paper summarizes the somewhat healing application of anthocyanin extracts due to their diversified bioactivities to the common ophthalmological diseases such as retinopathy and glaucoma, providing a research perspective in basic and clinical ophthalmology and extending the therapeutic options available.
