综述聚乙二醇1000维生素E琥珀酸酯(D-α-tocopherol polyethyleneglycol 1000 succinate, TPGS)在药剂学中的最新应用进展。依据国内外公开发表的最新文献,对TPGS的理化性质、药物载体的应用和制剂应用进行分析和讨论。
To review the latest applications of D-α-tocopherol polyethyleneglycol 1000 succinate(TPGS) in pharmaceutics. Based on the recently punished papers, the research on the application of TPGS was classsified and discussion.
