摘要 塑料注塑件已经被广泛应用到汽车、家电、电子等国民经济的各个领域。表面复制不良是常见的注塑缺陷之一。阐述了注塑件表面复制不良的形成原因,并结合实例,从产品设计、模具设计、注塑工艺和材料等方面提出改善表面复制不良的措施。 Plastic injection parts have been widely used in automotive, home application, electronics and other areas of the national economy. Poor surface replication is one of the common injection molding defects. The causes of poor surface replication in the injection parts were analyzed. Solutions were proposed to improve the phenomenon of poor surface replication from four aspects of product design, mold design, molding process and material, and some examples were also shown.
