摘要
石油炼制工业中胺液再生酸气和污水汽提酸气中富含高浓度的H_2S,属于剧毒、易燃易爆气体,直接排放不仅危害环境,同时存在安全隐患。采用GLT络合铁脱硫技术处理扬州石化的再生酸气和汽提酸气,净化气中总硫平均降至5.0ppm以下,满足《恶臭污染物排放标准》GB 14554-1993中排放要求;折算为SO_2,其浓度低于50 mg/Nm^3,焚烧后尾气满足《石油炼制工业污染物排放标准》GB 31570-2015,解决了环保问题。
In petroleum refining industry,the aminesregenerated acid gas and the sewage stripping acid gas with high concentration of H2S,belong to highly toxic,flammable and explosive gas.The direct emission of the acid not only endangers the environment,but also has a hidden safety hazard.The GLT chelated iron desulpurization technology is used to treat the regenerated acid gas and stripping acid gas in Yangzhou Petrochemical,and the total sulfur in the purified gas is reduced to less than 5.0ppm,which meets the emission requirements of 《the emission standard for odor pollutants》GB 14554-1993;it is converted to SO2,its concentration is lower than 50mg/Nm^3,and the offgasafter incineration meets 〈petroleum refining industry pollutant discharge standard〉GB 31570-2015,to solve the problem of environmental protection.
