摘要 ABS树脂是目前世界上通用的五大塑料之一。2016年,国内总产量约为8226.7万吨,是国民经济建设和人民日常生活中不可或缺的重要工业产品。乳液接枝-本体SAN掺混法是ABS生产的主流工艺,但是会产生含有大量悬浮颗粒物、胶乳和溶解性有毒有机物的成分复杂废水,处理难度大。本文介绍了ABS树脂废水的来源、处理工艺和废水处理未来的研究方向。 Acrylonitrile-Butadieneee-Styrene(ABS) resin is currently one of the most commonly-used plastic products all over the world. The domestic total production of ABS of year 2016 is around 82.267 million tons which indicates that it is an essential industrial product for both people’s living life and national economic construction. Emulsion graft-bulk SAN mixing is the mainstream process for ABS production, while the refractory production wastewater that contains loads of suspended solids, latex and toxic dissolved organic matters makes it much harder to carry out the following treatment process. In this article, the sources of ABS production wastewater, treatment process and the future research direction are introduced.
