摘要
随着经济的不断发展与食品安全质量要求的日益提高,就对食品方面的专业人才提出了更高的要求。有鉴于此,提出了结合区域经济发展需求、产教融合建设校外实习实训基地与教育体系构建应用化等一系列措施,探讨了食品专业应用型人才的培养模式,为应用型人才教学注入了一股新活力。
With the continuous development of the economy and the increasing requirements for food safety and quality, higher requirements have been put forward for food professionals. In view of this, this paper puts forward a series of measures, such as combining the requirements of regional economic development, building an off-campus practice training base with the integration of industry and education, and constructing an applied education system. It also discusses the training mode of Applied Talents in food specialty, which injects a new vitality into the teaching of applied talents。
