Teaching Reform Exploration on the Analysis and Synthesis of Chemical Process Based on DWSIM in the Local Application-Oriented Colleges

化工过程分析与合成是应用性非常强的化工专业课程,根据地方应用型本科院校化工专业的培养要求,针对课程学习难度大、课时较少的特点,将DWSIM化工过程模拟软件和课程教学相结合,帮助学生掌握化工过程分析方法,并掌握化工过程模拟软件的应用,促进工程实践能力的培养,为将来的化工专业工作提供良好的基础。

Analysis and synthesis of chemical process is one of the most important parts of chemical engineering education with a strong application. According to the requirements of chemical engineering teaching in the local application-oriented college, the process simulation software-DWSIM was applied to the teaching process. The students can acquire skills of the chemical process analysis more easily and learn how to use the chemical process simulation software, which can improve students’ comprehensive analysis ability.
