独立学院是以培养本科应用型人才为根本目标,本文以南京理工大学泰州科技学院环境工程专业为例,探索基于行业需求的独立学院应用型人才培养模式改革的主要思路和具体措施,以期为同类院校提供一定的参考。

the aim of independent college is to train applied talents. This paper takes the environmental engineering major of Taizhou Institute of Science and Technology of Nanjing University of Technology as an example. This paper probes into the main ideas and concrete measures of the reform of applied talents training mode in independent colleges based on the industry demand in order to provide some reference for the similar colleges and universities.
