Teaching Exploration of Employment-Oriented Vocational Ability Cultivation for Food Inspection Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges

本文从课程设置、校企合作、思政教育和师资建设等方面对高职食品类专业"就业为导向"的食品检验人才职业能力培养的教学模式进行了探索,旨在提高食品检验人才培养质量,满足社会需求,更好服务经济发展。

This paper explores the teaching mode of "employment-oriented"vocational ability cultivation,for food inspection specialty in higher vocational college,from the aspects of curriculum setting,college-enterprise cooperation,ideological and political education and teacher construction.The aims of this work are to improve the quality of food inspection talents,meet social needs and serve economic development better.
