摘要
PET/TiO_2复合膜是覆膜铁使用最广泛的膜,其中TiO_2迁移对于其包装食品安全评价具有重要的意义。采用微波消解法、高压消解法、高温煅烧法对复合膜样品进行预处理,确定复合膜中TiO_2的含量。以4%乙酸和50%乙醇作为酸性和酯类食品模拟液,在40、60和80℃条件下进行TiO_2迁移的研究,通过电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定了TiO_2的迁移量。结果表明温度越高、时间越长,TiO_2的迁移率越大。在相同条件下,TiO_2在4%乙酸中的迁移量比50%乙醇中高。
An Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectroscopy(ICP-OES) was established for the detection and migration of TiO2 in PET/TiO2 composite films for Polymer-laminated steel. Microwave digestion, high pressure hydrothermal digestion and high temperature calcination were used for pretreatment of composite film to determine the content of TiO2. 4 % acetic acid and 50 % ethanol were used as the acid and ester food simulation fluid and the migration test was carried out under 40, 60 and 80 ℃. The results showed that with the higher the migration temperature and the longer the migration time, the greater the migration rate of TiO2. The migration of titanium dioxide in 4 % acetic acid was higher than that in 50 % ethanol under the same condition.
