摘要
正极材料前驱体大多数采用NaOH与NH_3作为共沉剂时,会产生大量的氨氮废水。根据广东邦普循环科技有限公司氨氮废水的特点以及电池工业污染物排放标准,寻找一种合适的无机氨氮废水处理工艺,并针对合适的废水处理工艺研究其氨氮去除效果。在采用吹脱法进行无机氨氮废水处理时,当废水pH值>11.5且温度>95℃时,氨氮为7.69 mg/L<10 mg/L,氨氮去除率达99.00%,符合电池工业污染物排放标准。
Most of the Precursors of Cathode Material will produce Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater when NaOH and NH3 are used as coprecipitation agents. According to the characteristics of Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater from GuangDong Brunp Recycling Technology Co., Ltd and the discharge standard of pollutants from battery industry, a suitable inorganic Ammonia Nitrogen Wastewater treatment process was found, and its Ammonia Nitrogen removal effect was studied according to the appropriate wastewater treatment process. In the treatment of inorganic ammonia nitrogen wastewater by Air Stripping Method, when the pH value of wastewater is higher than 11.5 and the temperature is higher than 95 ℃, the Ammonia Nitrogen is 7.69 mg/L<10 mg/L, and the removal rate of Ammonia Nitrogen is 99.00 %, which meets the discharge standard of pollutants in battery industry.
