摘要
本文介绍了电线电缆用高强度耐高温抗老化低烟无卤阻燃硅橡胶材料及其制备方法,并将其应用到低烟无卤阻燃超A类硅橡胶绝缘和护套电缆中。检测结果显示,该材料的应用提高了电缆的阻燃性能,使其达到可燃物体积28L/m的超A类阻燃要求,同时护套强度达到10 MPa以上,大大提高了硅橡胶电缆的应用范围和领域。
This paper introduces the high tensile strength resistant and aging resistant, low smoke and halogen free flame retardant silicone rubber material and its preparation method, and applies it to the low smoke halogen-free flame retardant super a silicon rubber insulation and sheath cable. The result of the test shows that the application of the material improves the flame retardancy of the cable. And the 28 L/m’s combustible object of super A flame retardant requirement can be realized. At the same time the sheath strength is above 10 MPa, which improves the application scope and field of the silicon rubber cable.
