摘要
本文主要介绍低水分勃姆石浆料在锂电池隔膜上的研究进展,对勃姆石隔膜的形貌、物化性质和水分进行了研究,本发明的低水分勃姆石浆料在涂覆收卷产品水分可达到600ppm以下的技术要求,免去了烘干和抽真空用惰性气体转换的复杂过程,因此减少了大量能源的消耗,有效降低了生产成本,同时,提高了产品成品率,使产品整体效益大幅度提高。
Low moisture boehmite slurry were introduced in this paper the research progress in lithium battery separator, boehmite coating is studied the morphology of the separator, Physical and chemical properties and moisture value, the invention of the low moisture boehmite slurry in coating winding product technical requirements of moisture can be reached 600 parts per million, dispense with the drying and vacuum with an inert gas transformation of a complex process, thus reducing the large energy consumption, effectively reduce the production cost, at the same time, it improves the product yield and greatly improves the overall benefit of the product.
