摘要
目的:初步分析荚囊蕨全草的化学成分类型。方法:采用水、乙醇、石油醚为溶剂对荚囊蕨进行提取,随后利用显色反应对化学成分进行系统研究。结果:荚囊蕨含有黄酮类、萜类及甾醇类、糖及苷类、酚类、氨基酸、蛋白质、挥发油、内酯、香豆素等类型的化学成分。结论:实验结果为深入研究该植物的化学成分及活性提供了参考。
[Objective] To analyze the chemical constituents of Struthiopteriseburnea(Christ) Ching.[Method]Struthiopteriseburnea(Christ) Ching was extracted with water, ethanol and petroleum ether as solvent, followed by a systematic study of chemical composition using chromophore reflexes. [Result] The result showed that Struthiopteriseburnea(Christ) Chingmainly contained flavonoids, terpenoids and sterols, glycosides, phenols,amino acids, proteins, volatile oils, lactones, coumarins. [Conclusion] The results will provide some experimental basis and certain reference basis for the following study of chemical composition Struthiopteriseburnea(Christ) Ching.
